Essentia Health Administrator | Northern Pines in Aurora, Minnesota

Job Description:

Responsible for day-to-day operations, quality and safety, strategic planning, board and all staff relationships, overseeing financial data, ensuring the mission and values are present in the organization resulting in a positive culture, as well as implementing operational excellence, compliance with federal, state, and local standards for operation and maintaining state licensure. Also responsible for collaborating with, supporting, and developing Director/Managers and will have regular contact with Essentia Health Management, professional staff, and physicians. Work Experience: Minimum of five years of progressive healthcare management experience is required.

Education Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in healthcare management, business administration, public health or nursing.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

No certification/licensure required.
