Eaton Corporation Lead Analyst - Insurance in Beachwood, Ohio

Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Lead Analyst - Insurance.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $91500.03 - $134200.04 a year.

What you’ll do:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Lead Analyst with Insurance. This role will be responsible for supporting key processes and programs that ensure data accuracy, claim efficiency, and compliance. Broad job responsibilities will include program management, vendor management, data analysis, analytical skills, and training.

The Lead Analyst role is responsible for a number of insurance and corporate-wide programs and initiatives, including workers’ compensation, liability, employment practices liability insurance as well as management of third-party vendors and processes involved in the annual distribution of insurance cards for all Corporate fleet vehicles.

Job responsibilities

Insurance role will support the Liability Claims Manager and the Senior Global Risk Manager with various processes and programs related to insurance claims, data accuracy, and compliance.

· Workers' compensation responsibilities: The role will ensure timely and accurate reporting of workers' compensation claims in the U.S. and assist with the implementation of corporate-wide workers' compensation programs and initiatives.

· Liability insurance programs and policies: The role will support several liability insurance programs and policies, such as managing the vendors for the Driver Safety Program and the glass repair services for the Corporate fleet, and distributing the insurance cards for the fleet vehicles in the U.S. and Canada.

· Global perspective: The role will also support the payments, processes and policies for the Employment Practices Liability Insurance and Foreign Automobile Insurance Programs and assist with the data collection and analysis for the renewals of domestic and global liability insurance programs.

· Data analysis and claim resolution: The role will analyze claim financials and monitor metrics to ensure compliance with reserving practices and effective resolution of claims.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution

  • Minimum three (3) years experience in finance, workers' compensation, insurance, risk management or law.

  • No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH to be considered.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Power BI, AI tools and commercial insurance terms and concepts
