The Larson Group Peterbilt, which is one of the largest award winning dealer groups in the country is looking for an experienced Body Shop Painter to join our dynamic team at our Greensboro, NC location. The potential candidate will perform all functions of a fully qualified heavy-duty Body Shop Painter under minimal supervision. What We Offer: * Paid Time Off * Paid Holidays * Medical, Dental and Basic Life * 401K with employer contribution * Bi-weekly Pay Schedule * Opportunity for advancement and Career Development Responsibilities: * Performs bodywork on heavy-duty truck equipment and related components. * Analyze the best procedure to repair wreck damage efficiently and properly. * Repair damage to OEM requirements to maintain quality. * Maintain a neat and orderly working area. * Proper use and care of all Company tools. * Communicate to manager parts that are needed for repairs. * Inspect repairs to ensure they are properly completed. * Complete paper work as required in a neat and professional manner. * Clean repair area, tools and instruments and return them to their proper location. * Must be able to spray basecoat clear coat and single stage. Qualifications: * Should possess a high school diploma. * A college degree or a certificate/degree from a trade school is preferred, but not required. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related field. * I-car or ASE certified a plus. * Must have own tools. * Ability to work on class 6, 7, and 8 vehicles. * Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check. *Please note this is a safety-sensitive position Should possess a High School diploma. A college degree or a certificate or degree from a trade school is preferred, but not required. Experience in a related field is preferred but not required. Basic computer skills.
