Position: Bilingual HR Assistant (Spanish) Location: Jackson, MN Type: Full-time Contract (potential to become permanent) Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm Pay is based on experience Job Summary: As a Bilingual HR Assistant, you'll be an integral partner to their HR team, working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your primary responsibilities will include providing interpretation services during orientations and training, ensuring effective communication, and translating various documents accurately. Responsibilities: -Provide interpretation services during orientations and training programs. -Translate documents, including training materials, manuals, policies, and procedures. -Collaborate with HR team members for efficient task completion. -Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, candidates, associates, and clients, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff. -Maintain professionalism, uphold confidentiality, and represent the organization with integrity. -Hiring, interviewing, placement of associates, and enforcing company policies and practices. -Miscellaneous HR duties as assigned.
