JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: Purpose Under general direction, carry out experimental work for sponsored research projects, including compilation and analysis of data generated. Primary Functions * Carry out routine and complex experiments that include but are not limited to cell culture maintenance, histological analyses, microscopy, and expression studies. * Assist in development and implementation of new research protocols. * Monitor inventory and order lab supplies. * Record and compile accurate records and communicate summaries of experimental results. * Help evaluate, interpret, and assess experimental data and prepare data for publications/presentations. * Operate, calibrate and perform routine maintenance on specialized equipment used in research. Preferred Schedule: Full-time role with expectations for coverage during core business hours and flexibility required as necessary to accommodate business needs. Position Requirements: Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Knowledge of biology, chemistry, mathematics, documentation, and records management.Data utilization, complex problem solving, critical thinking, resource management, and writing skills.
