Position Title: Seasonal Recruiting Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiting Assistant to join our team at our Corporate Manufacturing Headquarters located in Monroe, MI.  This is a full-time, seasonal opportunity.

Key Responsibilities: (Other duties as assigned)

• Answer interested candidate inbound phone calls and texts.
• Reviewing and evaluating applications.
• Scheduling candidate in person interviews and evaluations.
• Ensure relevant data is entered into multiple recruiting systems in a prompt and accurate manner.
• High degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Skills needed, such as data entry, emailing, and scheduling.

• Great attention to detail.

   

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma

• Customer service experience, handling incoming calls and emails from candidates as well as making outbound calls to candidates.

   

Preferred Experience:

• Experience answering high volume incoming phone calls.
• Clear communication skills.
• Microsoft office.
• Adeptness at using applicant tracking system software, such as Paycor and Salesforce.
