2nd: 3pm-11:30pm (Monday - Friday)

3rd: 11pm-7:30am (Sunday night- Friday morning)

Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for repair and preventative maintenance on all forging and production machines including Robots, CNC machines, presses, ovens, conveyors, and gear boxes. The technician will ensure the optimal functionality of 5 lines of finishing equipment. The role encompasses 75% mechanical and 25% electrical tasks. The successful candidate should be well-rounded in both areas and ready to handle electrical tasks when called upon. A typical day will involve going through work orders and performing preventative maintenance, relieving previous shifts' technicians, and meeting with them to go over daily tasks.

• Mechanical troubleshooting

• Repairing belts, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and bearings

• Electrical Troubleshooting

• PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley)

• Electrical Troubleshooting (3phase motors up to 480 V)

• Servo drives

• VFD's

• AC/DC motors

• Switches

• Sensors

• Reading blue prints and schematics

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must haves:

• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience

• 3 years of Mechanical Troubleshooting- Hydraulics/Pneumatic

-1-3 years of Electrical troubleshooting- Motors and PLC knowledge
