In this position...

What you'll do...

  • Own the Ford Pro customer voice and sales insights as it relates to brand marketing activities for all ‘non-core’ vehicles, with a particular focus on Escape, Mustang Mach-E, Maverick, Ranger (mix/rates, pricing, complexity & cost reduction opportunities, address competitive inroads/market dynamics).

  • Lead and support various EV growth related initiatives, including sales contests, development of marketing materials, C&I programs.

  • Lead Voice of Customer/Marketing inputs into cross-functional forums: franchise rooms, field operations, dealers, marketing communications, media communications, and C&I.

  • Lead interface and resolution for Customer and Dealer issues.

  • Support development and validate all vehicle communications (e.g. order guide, brochure, website, CRM).

  • Consumer Marketing experience and/or prior roles advocating for the customer, working with Vehicle Programs and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

This position is a salary grade 5.
