Process Technician - Injection Molding

Hourly rate to hire: $25.00 - $ 37.00

Monday-Friday 1:45pm-10:05pm

*Plus $2 shift differential for working 2nd shift

Requirements & Plus's:

• Minimum of HS diploma or GED

• 3-5+ years' experience as a hands-on Process Technician for Injection Molding performing mold setups/changeovers, processing, troubleshooting/optimizing, and lite PMs.

• Any understanding of Scientific Molding or DeCoupled molding a plus

• Ability to set up End-Arm Tooling

• Ability to set up Visual Management systems

• Must be willing to work on schedule.

• Must be career-minded looking to make an impact with a company and advance to positions with more responsibility as this new facility grows)

Summary:

• Various mold changeover responsibilities, advanced mold troubleshooting, and verify that the machine cycle, cavitation, and set-up parameters are correct

• Perform daily mold and machine PM's and record performance of machines and any adjustments made

• Communicate with the QA department to prevent any nonconforming products

• Maintain machine cleanliness, and perform small mold, machine, and equipment repairs

• Assist with, shift changes, logo changes, and machine repairs when possible

• Perform any housekeeping duties as assigned

• Perform other duties as required for special projects

• Help establish new processes and refine current processes as required

Pay Details: $25.00 to $37.00 per hour
